Welcome to Guidance 

Hello.  My name is Amy Horowitz and this is my 27th year as a school counselor at Reynolds Middle School.  I have the pleasure of working with your child for all three years of their middle school career.  Above is the grade level and the beginning letter of the last names of the students that I will be working with.

 

 A school counseling program is an essential and integral part of the overall education process.  At Reynolds Middle School, we offer a comprehensive developmental program of guidance and counseling services to all students. 

Middle school years can be a time of many changes for children.

As a school counselor, my goal is to enable students to achieve academic, social, and personal success in school. I'll help students acquire the skills, knowledge, and understanding of how to cope with the developmental stages of life.  My focus is to support the needs of my students; to advocate for them and ensure that they each have a successful middle school experience.
